LEGAL AID
If you qualify for legal aid funding, the entire mediation process is cost free for you.
We hold a legal aid contract and are able to support you with making a claim for legal aid that will cover the cost of your mediation in it’s entirety. If your former partner does not qualify for legal aid, they will not have to pay for their MIAM or first mediation session as this will be covered by your funding.
LEGAL AID ASSESSMENT
We will conduct a legal aid assessment with you during your MIAM to confirm whether you are eligible for funding. For guidance, you can check the legal aid calculator below to give you an indication of whether you qualify.
BURSARIES
We often have funding that we use to assist those who do not qualify for legal aid but who are experiencing financial difficulties. If you think that you may be in a position that warrants financial assistance but do not qualify for legal aid then please contact us and we will be able to advise you.
